Ce Week end des 02 et 03 mars, la team Apn\u00e9e GESMA se rendait au Troph\u00e9e Garonn\u2019Apn\u00e9e, comp\u00e9tition inter-r\u00e9gionale d\u2019apn\u00e9e en bassin de 50 m organis\u00e9e par le club Subaquatique Agenais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

L\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e de : Agn\u00e8s, Olivier et Marc et des 2 coachs Caroline et Etienne.<\/span><\/p>

Il s\u2019agissait pour le groupe, de la seconde et avant derni\u00e8re comp\u00e9tition de la saison.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Les athl\u00e8tes ont fait de leur mieux, am\u00e9liorant au passage pour certains leurs records personnels et accrochant plusieurs podiums dans les diff\u00e9rentes disciplines du jour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

En statique\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>

Agn\u00e8s se classe 5\u00b0 avec 3\u201928. Objectif atteint et m\u00eame d\u00e9pass\u00e9\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>

Marc se classe 3\u00b0 avec 6\u201909<\/span><\/p>

En apn\u00e9e dynamique\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>

En bibalmes, Marc se classe 7\u00b0 avec 128m<\/span><\/p>

En monopalme, Olivier se classe 2\u00b0 en arr\u00eatant \u00e0 224,70m<\/span><\/p>

En DNF (=sans palmes), Olivier se classe 1\u00b0 avec 184,50m (\u00e0 50cm de la s\u00e9lection en \u00e9quipe de France\u2026) et Marc se classe 12\u00b0 avec 78m.<\/span><\/p>

La journ\u00e9e s\u2019est termin\u00e9e par le Prunathlon\u00a0: relai par \u00e9quipes de 4 en enchainant 5 \u00e9preuves en apn\u00e9e\u00a0: d\u00e9gustation de pruneaux, squats, v\u00e9lo, 25m sans palmes et sprint final avec palmes r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es au fond de la piscine, le tout dans une ambiance de folie\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>
